Stillness Day

Be still and you will be filled with a deep, subtle peace. Stillness brings peace, restlessness brings disturbance. So learn to be still, both physically and mentally. Physically by disciplining the body through yogic postures; mentally by meditation.
                And remember, ‘still’ is different from ‘stagnant’. Still means at rest, rooted, like the sky; stagnant means stuck, unable to move, like the pond water.
